Rebecca Ballantine Reid

Rebecca is a model, actor and entrepreneur. She has starred in Emmy-winning sitcoms and is most recognizable for her role as Nadia on New Girl. Originally from London, she moved to Paris when she was 18 years old. Advertising clients include: Lacoste, Herbal EssenceLe Bon Marché, Estee Lauder, Chanel. As a model she has been featured in editorials for Italian VogueHarpers Bazaar, I-D, Elle.


Rebecca's first audition was for a play called Pirate written by John Patrick Shanley. Shanley subsequently collaborated with Rebecca, co-writing stand up material and pilot scripts. She performed her first stand up show at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles, and that same week booked a role on Adult Swim's, Childrens Hospital, directed by David Wain. Who then directed the first episode Rebecca was in on New Girl.
